License Activation

When you first open Pressure in your DAW, it will prompt for a license key. Enter the key from your purchase confirmation email.

ActivationsUp to 3 computers you own

To move a license to a new machine, deactivate it from the old machine first (open Pressure → Settings → Deactivate), then activate on the new machine.

Common Issues

Plugin doesn't appear in my DAW

Run a plugin rescan in your DAW's preferences. On macOS, verify the plugin file exists in ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/. On Windows, check C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\.

License activation fails

Check your internet connection. Copy the license key exactly as shown in your email (including dashes). If you've exceeded 3 activations, deactivate an old machine first or contact support.

High CPU usage

Disable oversampling for tracking/monitoring. Use Realtime oversampling for mixing and Offline only for final renders. Typical CPU usage is under 5% on modern systems without oversampling.

Audio dropouts or clicks

Increase your DAW's buffer size (256 or 512 samples is usually sufficient). If using oversampling, try switching from Offline to Realtime mode.
