Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Bellweather Studios software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Software or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bellweather Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 computers that you own. This license is for both personal and commercial use. You may use the Software to create and distribute audio content without additional licensing fees.

You May Not

• Share, distribute, or publish your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Create competing products based on the Software

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through FastSpring, our authorized merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD. All sales of digital products are final upon delivery.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Software within 14 days of purchase, contact keith@bellweatherstudios.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion for verified technical problems.

Updates and Support

Your license includes lifetime updates to the Software. Updates are optional but recommended for the best experience. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x to v2.0) may be offered as separate products.

Email support is provided at keith@bellweatherstudios.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Support is provided in English only.

• macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
• Windows 10 or later
• 64-bit operating system
• VST3, AU, or AAX compatible host application
• Internet connection required for initial activation

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR PROJECT CORRUPTION THAT MAY OCCUR FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BELLWEATHER STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software from your computers. Shared or distributed license keys will be permanently deactivated. Sections regarding warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Bellweather Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "The Gauntlet" is a trademark of Bellweather Studios. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
